We are not geting Drinking Water although we have municipal Tap connection

Sir we have Municipal Tap connection for drinking water and paying municipal water tax regularly. But we are not geting even a drop of drinking water for last few months. we complainted about this orally to grivence cell ,But they said "We rectify that",but no responce still now. Sir please guide what are the steps to get get drinking water properly. Is this is valid in Consumer forum. Thank U sir

Dear sir, For this you need to file a complaint with the Municipal corporation. You also need to file an application under RTI asking when will tyyou get drinking water. Write to the Municipal corporation to refund you all the payments you make for the Water bills, meter rent etc every month. Talk to your local corporator and the concerned MP of that area. Finally if all this does not work, then collect few other residents of that area and file a complaint in Consumer court for relief. With regards, Dr. Sunil Prakash President CF.
