a very bad service of the company

Complaint Details: 
i had put a request for shifting my connection on 27th august 2012. till now the shifting has not done. i have called to the customer care for so many times. they are saying " ho jayega sir, ho jayega" but not yet shifted my connection. as iam a pre-paid customer i bought a 6 months plan. because of this late service my money is totally wasting. i want my money back.
