a very bad service of the company

i had put a request for shifting my connection on 27th august 2012. till now the shifting has not done. i have called to the customer care for so many times. they are saying " ho jayega sir, ho jayega" but not yet shifted my connection. as iam a pre-paid customer i bought a 6 months plan. because of this late service my money is totally wasting. i want my money back.

COMPLAINT AGAINST Reliance Telecom

Please Contact the Nodal Officer of the Company by email and request him for shifting within say 5 days otherwise cancel the connection and switch to some other more reliable Service Provider. You may not get your money back.
