Undue Billing of Tata Photon Plus Internet Service

Complaint Details: 
"Tata Photon plus" Internet service provider have raised an undue bill in spite of its poor services. After last bill payment I approached Customer care to surrender the connection. But they lingered me by saying that the will become normal. But it didn't. Then I stopped payments of bills because of its poor services. Then again I went to surrender connection. But they mislead me every time. And on this passage of time bill raised to an amount of Rs.2485.00. And now they have started sending recovery agents to collect the amount. So I need your help to get rid of this harassment and I am not willing to pay this undue bill amount. Please tell me the proper way to take an action against this anomaly.


You are advised to send an email to the Nodal Officer of the Company and request him to first discontinue the service and then to explain the basis for wrong billing. Let this be on record. Merely talking to the Customer Care is not sufficient in such matters.
