Unable to entertain customer and problem with Product Delivery

Complaint Details: 
First I have ordered Lemon Duo 309 mobile on 5th March. Many times I was calling in 100bestbuy. Some time they cannot attend my call they just ignore me. After 8-10 days I got call that this product is not available (Lemon Due 309 Mobile). Then that representative told me that please order other product as Lemon mobile is out of order. He told me that we can not refund and if you want refund then this process will take time. Then I ordered Nokia C1-01 Mobile (Rs. 2229/-). It almost a month they are using my money. I want to raise a complaint against No customer satisfaction. I have attached order detail here.

You should send a Notice to the company by email, marking copy to this Forum and ask for refund of the total amount paid by you, due to non delivery the Mobile phone ordered. You may give them a week to comply with this request failing which you will be left with no alternative but to approach a Consumer Court. Meanwhile get the address of the nearest District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum and formalities to be gone through. While filing a formal Complaint under CPA 1986 you can pray for compensation for harassment and mental agony caused.
