too much delay and no proper response for repairing or replacing of micromax canvas nitro 4g e455 16 gb black which is in guarantee period

Complaint Details: 

i have bought micromax canvas nitro 4g E455 16 gb black in october 2015 via paytm and seller name is parkash sales corporation, gurgaon. nw my set is not catching network as it shows airplane mode on even if it is off. so my set is not working at all from 17th january 2016. i hv tried another sim restarted the phone but it dint work.i went to micromax service center in my city ludhiana i.e. in pearl palace ghumar mandi ludhiana ON 18TH JANUARY 2016, even the lady sitting there checked the phone bt she was unable to repair it then she conveyed to me that this phone will have online service, so she registered the complaint in my name i.e. Ruchika rajpal and gave me customer care no and a serial number i.e. 180030007977 and SER145311143929 and she conveyed to me that i will receive a call in next 24 hours but i dint receive any call then i waited fr 48 hours and then my father and i called up micromax call center number 180030007977 from 2 numbers 9814451279 and 0161-2454546 and i conveyed my problem to them and they promised me a call back in 24 hrs so then i requested them to arrange call back on my number i.e. 9914134279ater 6 pm or next day morning because i was not having mobile set with me at that time but they called up on my landline number before 4 pm on 0161-2454546. i requested that person to call me after 6 or next morning i.e on 21 Jan and he said he will do it but i dint receive any call on 21st January then again i called up from number 01612454546 on service center number they gave me instructions to check my mobile i followed it but it dint work so they told me that other option is to replace it as it is in guarantee and again promised me a call back without giving me any solution. and even on 22nd january they dint call me on the other hand i made a call to them at around 2.30 from my number 9914134279 telling them the whole story again. I am really pissed off, and tired of this mental harassment. This delay is also affecting me financially.
