I have taken a new 500KB/ps plan in magarpata city pune(411013) from tata docomo service, they took money from us and promised to provide wi fi router(charged 500 extra for it), but we didn't get internet connection for 2 weeks and now that we have a internet connection, they are not providing us with a wifi router, i have made many calls but suddenly their behavior has changed, they dont respond well, also they said the download speed will will in the range of 50 KB ps - 65 KB ps , but at night i only get speed in range 5 KB ps - 10 KB ps( screen shot attached). below are they details of the employee of TATA DOCOMO who have provided us the service Dont remember the name of they guy who provided the connection but his number is 09225886710 Area manager (Bharat Bhatia) -09225525198 Personal details name - vikram Arora Address - G1- 503, jasminium, magarpatta city, hadapsar punre,411013

You are advised to send an email to their Nodal Officer explaining the shortfalls/deficiencies in service, and if not satisfied you should send another mail to the Appellate authority. The company will respond positively. Do let us know the results.
