Sony Bravia KDL-32EX650 Panel problem

I bought a Sony Bravia 32 inches LED TV on 02.02.2013. Everything was going fine but on 29.01.2016 my TV screen was filled with fine white horizontal lines and the screen was flickering. After registering a service request with Sony India, their service engineer came and confirmed that the problem is due to faulty LED panel. Now, this came as a shock to me as this TV is only 3 years old and while buying I had high hopes and trust on Sony product's high quality but I found from the Internet blogs that many people are victims of the same issue. It is shocking to know that LED panel which is the backbone of a LED TV is defective and it cost almost 30-40% of the total cost of the TV. I had invested 42000 inr in the year 2013 and after just 3 years, the led panel gets defective which shall cost me another 14590 inr. This is ridiculous and utter dismay to us how come an international brand like Sony keeps on deteriorating the manufacturing quality of the hardwares used in its products. I want my TV's LED panel to be replaced by Sony at free of cost. Kindly provide us justice.

Complaint against SONY LED TV set

You are advised to get a fresh warranty from the Company if you decide to have the LED panel replaced. But all repairs must be done by the authorised Dealer. It is good that you got satisfactory service for all these years.
