Security deposit is not refunded.

Complaint Details: 
Dear Sir, I have given request to disconnect of my land line and broadband in the month of July 2012 and same has been disconnected. However security money has not been refunded till date after continuous complaint on selfcare portal. Details of broadband are as follows: Customer Id: 4020312284 Landline NO :- 080-26783893 Account No :- 9034174475 I have forwarded my complaint to CMD SECTT om 17 April 2013 for the same and they had forwarded the concern to BANGALORE Telecom circle, however no action has been taken. I had disconnected the because because I moved out of Bangalore. At the time of disconnection I requested to issue chequq/DD in my name "SHASHANK MOHAN AGARWAL". My details are as follows: SHASHANK MOHAN AGARWAL, E-58, DAYANAND NAGAR, GHAZIABAD. U.P. 201001 Mobile No : 9971666452. Sir, kindly take necessary action and provide refund of my security deposit of 2700 INR.

Complaint against BSNL

You are advised to file FIR, in your present location, against the BSNL Bangalore for non refund of the Security Deposit of INR 2700, for your telephone connection 080-26783893, Account No. 90341744751, Customer ID:4020312284, surrendered in Bangalore in July 2012. Please attach copy of the Deposit Receipt or any copy of the past bill to prove your bonafide.
