Complaint Details: 
Dear mam/sir a person call me form sbi customer care no. and another no and get my personal and card details and make a transaction of Rs.4905/- through airtelbill desk. on 29-10-13 12:44p.m. and i intimate sbi card department immediately to stop that payment process after 3 minute 12:47p.m.and block my card and they assured me that i will not have to pay this amt. Rs.4905/- my complaint no is 0123023139398 i said them when a bill payment done by that person than call to bill's owner and ask how he made this payment through my card and why u have no power to recover this unauthorized payment which not done by me and without my consent. i sent him that person voice recording and how he make a call from sbi customer care 1860 180 1290 how it can be possible now they are saying to pay 4905/- but when i called on 29-1013 they told me you will not have to pay this amount you will have to pay only some charges.

Complaint against SBI Credit Card Division

You are expected to visit the Bank, if located in the same station, and checking up whether the transaction has since been reversed or not, based on telephone assurance given on 29 Oct 2013. Kindly up-date your Complaint with full details like location of the Bank, account number and your address and contact, as otherwise it will be assumed that there is no more complaint.
