Replacement of Sauna belt- which is not done by Company

Complaint Details: 
Hello , I bought the sona belt online , which they deliver COD .But after some days of use it is auomatically one day sparked and metlted .After that it has stopped , working . I called the no in the mail below, they did not responded and but the same they called for when i placed the order . i posted on their wesite also in returns option .In it is showing that they had already retuned it . According to the product warranty they should replace it upto 6 month but i used product herdly for 10 days after it stopped working . smita wardhan Jun 27 (9 days ago) to saunabeltindia hello , i want to return the products as it has sparked and melted and stopped working . i am trying to call this number and put on the website also , but people are not responding .i am tying to contact you people from last 2 weeks . Send a Notice to the company online at their email ID and post copy by Speed Post for replacement of defective product within warranty period. Please give reference of purchase and delivery. Give them time of 5 days to comply with this Notice otherwise you will be left with no option but to approach a Consumer court. In the meantime find the address of your nearest District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum and get acquainted with the procedures. Best of luck.
