Refund not received against paid product and booking cancelled by / Cheating in on line shopping

Complaint Details: 
I had placed an order on for purchase of one American Tourister Duffle Bag costing Rs.539 on 29-03-2012. My order 10224876. As of today, approx 10 months have passed and i have not yet received my refundable amount. Inspite of my many complaints to call centre as also on their website, I am not getting satisfactory reply regarding refund of my paid amount. Timtara call centre representatives also never allowed me to talk to their supervisors / managers for escalating the complaint. As of now no action has been taken by timtara staff. It appears that is a fraud online shopping company. Kindly help me in getting my money refunded. Complaint against TIMTARA

It is indeed surprising that this Company makes tall claims over its web page but fails miserably to satisfy customers about delivery of the goods ordered, and fails to refund the money. In this case following information should be furnished: 1. Copy of the acknowledgement and indication as to when the supply will be made. 2. Proof of having paid the amount to the Company or its associate Infosecure Consulting Pvt Ltd, by cash or by credit card. 3. Certificate from your Bank that the money has not been received back. 4. Your postal address ans contact number. 5. Any communication received from the Company for non supply of the product (American Tourister Duffle Bag), or refund.
