PROBLEM WITH MY NEW MOBILE

I had purchased a Samsung Mobile (3312 R) on 29-9-2013, with in 15 days the problem started of signal and after servicing that was ok for some days and since 10 days the problem started again, if i need to make a call i need to switch off my mobile & again i need to on it then only i can make a call, when i went to the store where i purchased the mobile, they asked me to go to samsung service centre, what should i do
