Overbilling of CESC or misusing problems

Dear Sir, Our consumer no.60043075005, billing address is 16, P.M. Basti 4th Bye Lane Shibpur, Howrah-711102, LP-467/12 in the name of Md Mahatb Alam, I have lodged complaint to CESC through mail for overbilling or misusing my connection that means there are something wrong with my meter or misusing my connection, But CESC replied to my complaint as their calculation on meter were correct but that's not our complaint. We are suffering from long time for over-billing but never complaint but now this crossed the limits. CESC didn't take any action and don't bother about thorough checking my connection. The current bill is Rs.1356.00 or like that we are not consuming that much amount would have come...We have doubt for misusing my connection or something wrong with CESC's meter. Please sir look into my matter for this serious problems...

Mr. Shamim Siddiqui is again requested to write to the Chairman CESC with copy to this Forum about wrong billing. This Forum cannot look into the Complaint but can advise you how to get redressl of your Complaint.

Send email to the Chairman of CESC, whose address must be available on your bills. Request him to get your meter checked for correct readings. You must be present when the Engineer visits your premises. Mark a copy to this Forum with copies of your last three bills, for further advice.
