I ordered 2 products on 19 dec. 2012 from timtara.com :- Transaction Id : 10163575 Order Date: 19th Dec 2012 10:21 am Payment Mode: Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking 10372626 Seagate Backup Plus 1TB Hard Drive(Backup Plus 1TB) 10372628 Belkin USB 4-Port Powered Desktop Hub F4U040sa(F4U040sa) They were not able to ship the products so i asked for refund, they told me to send mails to nisha@timtara.com & payal@timtara.com which i did but refund process is not yet initiated. I want refund as soon as possible. Plz. help me how should i proceed further.

Complaint against TIMTARA

You must send emails again to both of them with "cc" to this Forum. Please also mention the exact Amounts paid and proof thereof, like statement of your bank to say that the same were paid on such and such date, to so and so Account. Give your Postal Address and that of the nearest Police Station. If you do not get your money back soon, you have the option to file a Complaint before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum nearest to your Station, and request for the amounts and compensation, with costs to be paid back to you. A model Complaint shall be sent to you by email by our Team, if we know your email ID.
