NOT RESPONDING FOR CORRECTION IN ADDRESS & NOT SHIPPED MY TABLET TILL THE DATE

1) On 18.01.2013 I had purchased a tablet UBISLATE 7C+ from datawind site i.e.http://ubislate.com and made full payment of Rs. 4499 online from my debit card MY BOOKING ID IS- PMACB7093FEA. My full address is POCKET A-244, DDA MIG FLATS, SARITA VIHAR, NEW DELHI-110076 but by mistake i forget to write my flat number i.e. 244. I had mailed &called them number of time but no one is replying from there side. Finally on 19.01.2013 i sent a hard copy of the same to datawind from speedpost requesting adding my flat number in my shipping address but till the date no one reply. I request you to kindly help me in this. 2)secondly, On the site they have mentioned that if payment is made online than they will deliver the tablet within 72 hours but more than one week has passed and they have not sent my tablet and also not responding properly to my calls & mail. Whenever I call to their customer care they always tell that you will receive it shortly. But more than one week passed and they didn't shipped the item till now. Over mail they always reply by saying that it takes 48 hours to capture your account details. Sir Over 168 hours has passed and still they are making excuse that it takes 48 hour to capture account details. Sir as a student Rs 4499 is a very huge amount so i request you to kindly help me in getting my address correct and also help me in getting my tablet from them as soon as possible. I am enclosing a copy of followings for your reference:- (a) Order confirmation Receipt (b) Payment receipt (c) Hard copy of letter which i have sent to them with INDIAN SPEEDPOST NUMBER-ED764076301IN on 19.01.2013 regarding correction in address.
