Nonreceipt of refund against cancellation of Ticket

I had filed a TDR against PNR No. 6254817053 on 22nd Mar 2011 due to the train was delayed more than 8.00 hrs. Now it is already gone 1.5 years but the TDR Status: "Under Verification" & Refund Status: "Refund under Process". I also sent so many mails to "tdrprocess@irctc.co.?in" and "care@irctc.co.in" and contact with IRCTC customer care executives so may times, but I had received only one mail/reply from tdrprocess on 5th Sep 2011 stated as below: "Dear customer, Sorry for the inconvenience. Kindly note that yourrefundcase of PNR No. 6254817053 has been forwarded to Railway on dt.30-mar-2011.Refund yet not received from concerned railway. We have also sent 3reminder(s)with all the papers pertaining to your refund case to concerned railwayas ondt. 01-Jul-2011 , 08-Aug-2011 , 05-Sep-2011 to chase up the cases. Assoon as refund, if any, received itwill be credited to your card account. Warm Regards, Sourabh P Singh tdrprocess@irctc.co.in Yet there is neither any positive response nor any refund.
