non refund of my money/use of my credits to buy a product

Complaint Details: 
I had taken part in a competion and on not winning they credited my account with that money. they sent me a wrong product against it and I had to spend more on courier to return it. resulting in additonal money spent with they again added to my account. Now they are not letting me use this money of mine at one go, they are forcing me to keep spending more and more to utilise my money. I asked for a refund that too they are not giving.

Complaint against SHOPHUNK

Kindly furnish following information: 1. Full address of the "Shophunt" online trader who sent you a wrong product. 2. What product you had ordered and what did you receive. 3. The amount spent by you to participate in the Competition and subsequently for the Product. 4. Give us proof of the payments made. 5. Your name and residential address. 6. Copy of the advertisement for the Competition. 7. A copy of any written communication received from the Trader, like Order number or confirmation of the results of the Competition, warranty etc. A correct advice can be given only after getting the full information please.
