Country:

Complaint Details:
Hello Sir/Mam, My husband bought imported Lacoste blue color shoes from UK (for GBP107) in the month of Sept’2012. During his Vaishno Devi trip in the same month, his shoes got dirty and we gave the same to Dry Cleaners in Indirapuram along with other clothes. The store address is: Indirapuram (Aditya) Shop No -AG - 29 , Aditya City Centere, Nr. Axis Bank & Big Bazar, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad- 201014, Ph: 0120- 3196800 Our clothes were returned after 5-7 days and we’re told that shoes were still not done and will take a little longer. After a week we’re told that the shoes have gone missing from the plant and they are trying to locate the same. We gave them another week to locate the shoes and waited patiently. After 2 weeks we’re told that somebody from their staff wore shoes and walked out of plant and they are unable to locate now. Their customer care team initially offered to pay full money in case shoes were missing, however, they are now making partial payment and trying to do negotiations. Now that we’ve lost our brand new shoes and even the company responsible for it is not ready to pay full compensation, we will need your help to sort this issue. Pls look into the matter and ensure that such dry cleaners whom we trust and handover our expensive stuff are penalized. Thank You! Regards, Richa
