I am tired of Calling customer service.

I have a Onida Fully automated washing machine, i had raise a complain on 20thOctober15. an engineer visited our premise and found the problem is with one of the part (pressure switch) he said he will get the part tomorrow since then there has been no tomorrow for Onida. I have been continuously calling them and there has been no action from them. Every time i call either they say the part is not available or they provide some alternate no.s to call and ask them to call which never works.Honestly speaking i am tired of this and feeling like throwing away.

Complaint against ONIDA Washing Machine

We suggest you to send an email to the Company's Office, giving full particulars of the following:- 1. Original purchase documents, which show the date, place of purchase of the machine and your address, 2. Name and address of the local dealer and comments of the Engineer, 3. Give a time of 15 days to rectify the defect or replace the Machine, failing which you will be filing a COMPLAINT under the CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT 1986, at the cost of the Company. (Mark a copy to this Forum) Meanwhile check up the address of the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum nearest to your place of residence.
