Faulty Mobile Phone issue

I tuk a new samsung galaxy grand on 19th july 2013. and aftr just 1 and 1/2 mnths it had some issue regarding wifi. so i contacted the delaer. the dealer in turn told me that my cel will be given in samsung service centre mapusa goa. when i went to service and talked to the manager in charge there, he assured me that my mobile phones board will be replaced and hence forth no such problems will arise. after 3 weeks i got my cell back. bt the problem was still there when i asked the dealer he said he''l again give it to the service center n after sum time he tld me that the _quot_quot board_quot_quot needs 2 be replaced. n now the cell is in service center since then(2weeks have passed) now i''m wondering wat the service centre people did initially.I also had talked to samsung customer care bt the response was very poor. now i want a complete replacement as my cell phone was brand new and after this incident i cant trust this people if they will really replace the board or not. I Hope i'l not be denied of my basic right , that is good _quot_quot quality_quot_quot product for the amount of money i hav spend.
