Complaint against "elitelinkinsofts"

I doubt if such cases come under the CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT 1983, where the period within which a COMPLAINT has to be filed is 2 years, after due NOTICE, and at a place nearer to the office/residence of the opposite party. Thus there are a number of variables and unknown factors, if the case was to be filed under the CPA. The next alternative is to file a case with the local POLICE for cheating. This again is going to take a long time to settle the issue. Lastly, a complaint can be filed with TRAI to seek remedy under the relevant ACT. You may approach the following: TRAI.gov.in, tdsat.nic.in, dot.gov.in, auspi.in, contact@coai.in In all the above cases you may mark a copy to this FORUM
