complaint against internet service provider

Complaint Details: 

I P.Saida Naik customer of BSNL broadband.I am using bsnl-rs.675 plan.
For this plan they offers 4mbps speed of internet for one month.But I dont receive that speed,why because they are not providing that speed for last some days,but i was payed 700 for last bill.I have told so many times this problems with the bsnl officers but they did not respond and failed to provide the actual speed of my plan.

Complaint against BSNL Andhra Pradesh

You are advised to kindly send a message to the help line of BSNL, stating that even though you had paid the amount of Rs.700 for Internet Speed of 4mbps, you are being deprived of the speed as contracted. This amounts to Deficiency in SERVICE and as such you are entitled to refund, or you can approach the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum for relief with costs and compensation. Mark a copy to this Forum, and keep in touch by informing us of the progress.
