Charged me for calling on my own number..! And other anomalies in bill.

My mail: "My plan had 300 mins of free calling (local+STD), whereas I am charged for all the calls I made (free+extra)." Airtel's Answer: "We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused to you. We would like to confirm that a waiver of Rs.100.00/-..." My Second mail (Most ASTONISHING part): "I am also been charged for calling on my OWN NUMBER..!! I need an explanation." Suppose my mobile number is 'XYZ', so the bill contains a section with time, duration and call cost for calling on my same own number i.e. 'XYZ'. How is this possible.!! How can I call my own self. This means the rest of the bill is also not reliable. Airtel's Answer: "We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused to you. We would like to confirm that a waiver of Rs.112.36...". For such a blunder, Airtel offered me a supreme waiver of extra Rs. 12.36. this is too much.! Why can't Airtel make authentic bills.! I have no issues paying for what I have used. But Airtel has lost complete trust. The bill shouldn't have been more than Rs.650 (incl. taxes), whereas bill amount is nearly Rs. 1000.

COMPLAINT AGAINST AIRTEL

Suggest you give a final Notice by email to the Company about repeated mistakes being made in the billing (Some of them unbelievable). Tell the Company that you will change to some other Service Provider if things cannot be improved and compensation given for excess charges.
