Complaint Details: 
I had purchased BSNL Penta Tablet through SNAPDEAL vide Order No. 1150324643 on 01-08-2013. The Unit Was purchased through Snapdeal. I Have received the unit on 03-08-2013. The Value was Rs. 6930. After 15 days it is found that unit is not working properly and there is a problem in software, speakers, battery and it is hanging constantly. I contacted Pental customer care and advised to send the unit on their service centre at Malviya Nagar, New Delhi. I did all according to them. I have received a job sheet No. PENSER0074666 ON 03-09-2013. It has already been 1 month and 20 days but no proper response is getting from their side. They are only giving false assurance but nothing positive. Whenever i contact them through mail they only seek some more time. Their Customer Care No. is 0120-4805200. Please help me to get the unit repaired or the money refund.

Complaint against Pantel Technologies Pvt Ltd

You are advised to send email to the Company quoting references regarding the defective electronic gadget which must be replaced with an extended warranty. Give the Company a week to respond as otherwise you will be left with no alternative but to take a suitable action under the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Mark a copy of your mail to to the Snap Deal Customer Care and to this Forum for information. In this connection you must preserve the proof of the payment made.
