Had participated in a contest, in the month of September, 2012) in which every participant was guaranteed to get one Levi's T-shirt(order no. 5476750). could not win the contest. Received a mail regarding the delay in delivery of T-shirt. The money transferred was converted to credit points. Redeemed some credit points to purchase another T-shirt(order no.6626444). Received a message on cell regarding confirmation of the order. Within a few days, received another mail regarding delay in the delivery of the article. There is no reply from them on the issue. Request you to help and resolve.

Dear Sir/Madam, This is to lodge my grievance against online shopping portal www.100bestbuy.com. I ordered some cloths (T-Shirts) on July 03rd 2012 and till today I have been waiting for it to be delivered...even after so many phone calls, I am not getting any response from 100bestbuy side. They always assure me to resolve the issue asap but do nothing. As phone call is the only option I could not reach them so easily, whenever am making calls to them it get disconnected after long waiting for the executive. After several efforts finally happened to talk to one of the executive from 100bestbuy and he assure me to deliver either the goods or the money, but nothing has been done so far.

Unable to entertain customer and problem with Product Delivery

First I have ordered Lemon Duo 309 mobile on 5th March. Many times I was calling in 100bestbuy. Some time they cannot attend my call they just ignore me. After 8-10 days I got call that this product is not available (Lemon Due 309 Mobile). Then that representative told me that please order other product as Lemon mobile is out of order. He told me that we can not refund and if you want refund then this process will take time. Then I ordered Nokia C1-01 Mobile (Rs. 2229/-). It almost a month they are using my money. I want to raise a complaint against 100bestbuy.com. No customer satisfaction. I have attached order detail here.

Hello I participated in 100bestbuy.com by giving 199 rs as entry through credit card one day they called me that u have two choices from our side u have to pay only 1050 for Apple ipod nano whose market price is much higher so they sent me through cash on delivery from Firstflight. after seeing it i was shocked to see that it was in broken condition and thats too not appleipod nano.it was CHEAP LOW QUALITY CHINA MADE MP3 player, a 2 GB Transcend Mini SD Card (they claimed a 4 GB ipod) After receiving that i went to first flight they said me to contact the company so i called many times on the no. from which i received the call but no one picked it after that i mailed to them regarding the issue they replied to return it back they will replace it but till now i have not received any mail and also the no from which they called is now switched off.On their site they have mentioned that they will return back the entire money if the product does not suits. Refund of order money .

I had participated in a contenst for "Apple 4G iphone" on 26/12/2011 organised by (www.100bestbuy.com) . But I was offered an IPOD (Sony) and a WRIST WATCH (Reebok) in place of the prize , for participating in the contest . But the courier that I recieved ( in First Flight Courier Services ) having the " Order No. - 1748226 & Consigment No. - LF0149420 " on 11/02/2012 , sent by them , consisted of ipod of some local brand(Universal) in place of Sony. After that I talked to their Customer Representative regarding this on the same day (11/02/2012) , on which I went to recieve my courier . And he asked me whether I wished for cancellation of order and refund ; and to return the courier , which I had agreed to . Moreover, even on returning the courier , as they asked me to , I was neither refunded with the money nor replaced with the product (Sony Ipod and Reebok Wrist Watch) as promised by them , even with repeatative assurance by them on 11/02/2012 and 16/02/2012 . Due to this I had been under constant tension , frustation and depression , aside from the monetary loss of Rs.1393/- { namely ----- Contest Participation Fee - Rs.99/- Cash on Delivery(for courier) - Rs.1164 /- and Courier Charges(for returning product) - Rs.130/- } caused due to (www.100bestbuy.com). Several times I had to go to the Courier Service Provider (14 kms away from my residing place) and ask for any positive response from "100bestbuy.com" . Moreover , as I am a student , and preparing for my exams , I am under regular pressure and depression which are severely affecting my papers and results . Aside from that I am being mentally harassed by their Customer Representatives , for asking about my refund . Hence , I wish to be considered for both mental and physical suffering and torture caused due to "100bestbuy.com" and should be properly compensated by them , through proper monetary value and appolizies , as soon as possible .
