not getting actual bill

Complaint Details: 
I bought a Dining Table from Aastha Furniture House,Vaishali on 16/09/2012 and asked them to furnish bill,to which they responded that we will get the bill within 2 days time and bill shall be send to our resident and we need not come for collection of bill. WE insisted them to give a temporary bill, which initially they declined, but later gave a kaccha bill.We made payment thru Debit card of Rs 23,500/-.After two days , no body came with the bill.We made an enquiry to the shop, then they said that next day we will get the bill..But again on next day, no response/action from the shop owner.When we made call, and tried to speak to the shop owner, we were not connected to shop owner and several pretexts/excuses were made . This process continued till 22/09/2012.Again we made call to the shop and asked for our bill/invoice, after which the shop staffs misbehaved with us.Finally , shop owner ,Mr. Akhil Gupta came on phone and we had a heated exchange of words overc the issue (which is natural after such harassment and mental tension they have given us)and said that now we will not get the bill and charges shall be levelled against us for harassing them and their staffs????This was very shocking. WE ARE THE ONE AT THE RECEIVING END AND NOW HE IS THREATENING US THAT YOU ARE ONLY THE CUSTOMERS AND CANT DO ANYTHING AGINST THEM AS THEY ARE BIG BUISINESSMAN???? This has caused a lot harrasement to us.Our Q is what is our fault,making payment and asking for the bil?? It was very clear from the beginning that we require the actual bill.Please help us.
