Flip kart and Aqua guard are irritating customers with extremely poor service.

I ordered Aqua guard Water purifier on Flip kart on 21st Apr, 2016. I got the product delevered on time, ever since Flip kart was promising me that installation will be completed in one business day and asked me to wait so long. Now I am still awaiting their service since 11 days. Now today they called me and say we are following up with Aqua guard. Keeping my situation aside, what if I were a 70 year old man who ordered a product and eagerly awaiting their service for months and ages? Does it make any sense?

Non reciept of shipment within the promised time frame

I haven't yet received my order having order ID OD20806231886 of one Transcend Memory Card worth Rs. 230 and a Nokia BH-108 worth Rs. 760, with the total order amounting to Rs. 990. I have already made the payment through net banking. The email that I received from the company (Flipkart India Pvt. Ltd.),confirming my order details, clearly stated that the above mentioned order is expected to arrive at my address within 2-3 working days from the date of the order which is 06/08/2012. Also the link that I received from the company where from I could track my shipment (Shipment Tracking ID :- BP01226673) is not getting updated. I have been seeing the same update for 24 or even more than 24 hrs. Although the above mentioned company boasts of a 24*7 customer support, I have received a reply in response to my inquiry about the shipment after 6-7 hrs, which again stated that I will receive the shipment by the day end of 10/08/2012.
