Non delivery of the Product and Worst Response from Customer Care People

I placed an Order in www.timtara.com on July 17, 2012, with Order No. 10290622. The Status of the Order is mentioned as "Awaiting Shipment" since the next week of the order being placed. Each and Every time I call the Customer Care, they will be prompting a message stating that "The Order is being Escalated to the Back End Department and necessary action will be taken as soon as possible" and from the back-end department, neither an email nor a call are received by me, I am frustrated by the response that I get each and every time, and when I ask them that I need to talk to higher authority, they will be stating a message that the Higher authority people are busy and will not be accepting the call, and if asked about the time period that I need to wait for the delivery of the product, they are say that the time period cannot be mentioned. I am fed-up with the response that I am getting and I don't want any other person to face the same type of problem from this site, Kindly see that I receive the Product as soon as possible, block all the payments that are being made the site and finally block the Website so that no product will be sold by them.

I purchased a laptop (Acer Aspire 5733) via order no. #10287460 on August 12, 2012 and the payment was made via credit card. On very next day August 13, 2012, I received a mail that the product is ready for shipment. However the product has not been delivered till now. I call them a number of times in the last six week, everytime the reply comes that it will be delivered in the next seven working days. This is a clear case of cheating and fraud. I am not the only customer, three of my friends, have never received their products. Consumer court should take a penal actions against the people running this web portal. Hi, I did below transactions from DealsAndYou website but they are shameless guys after sending many mails they are didn’t send my order and even they don’t bother to inform customer also. 1. First purchase (400/-) is done on 24th May 2012 for below items ORDER Number is 603299 a. Handy & Helpful Utility Products! Car Vacuum Cleaner @ Rs 299 b. Everything @ 99 Only! Wooden Maze Puzzle @ Rs 99 Order Status# I received faulty piece of (a) Car Vacuum Cleaner but (b) Wooden Maze Puzzle is still not delivered, Car vacuum cleaner is dispatched by Shree Marketing, Lalit Rathod 09892594989, lalit.rathod@yahoo.co.in 2. Second purchase (150/-) is done on 24th May 2012 for below item ORDER Number is 603307 a. Funky n Functional! Big Angry Bird Stainless Steel Keychain (Red) @ Rs 149 Order Status# I received it so there is no issue for this order. 3. Third purchase (150/-) is done on 24th May 2012 for below item ORDER Number is 603311 a. Carry it with Style! TNF Red Pouch @ Rs 149 Order Status# this is still not delivered 4. Forth purchase (150/-) is done on 25th May 2012 for below item ORDER Number is 603816 a. Everything @ 99 Only! National Bingo @ Rs 99 b. Everything @ 99 Only! 3 LED USB Flexible Light @ Rs 99 Order Status# I received (a) National Bingo but (b) 3 LED USB Flexible Light is still not delivered 5. Fifth purchase (150/-) is done on 25th May 2012 for below item ORDER Number is 603816 a. Funky n Functional! Angry Bird Crazy Ball@ Rs 99 b. Pay Rs 49 & Get Pizzas, Garlic Bread & More! Order Status# I received (a) Angry Bird Crazy Ball but (b) Get Pizzas, Garlic Bread is still not delivered According to above orders below items are not delivered till now. a. Everything @ 99 Only! Wooden Maze Puzzle @ Rs 99 b. Carry it with Style! TNF Red Pouch @ Rs 149 c. Everything @ 99 Only! 3 LED USB Flexible Light @ Rs 99 d. Pay Rs 49 & Get Pizzas, Garlic Bread & More! So when I requested multiple times to customer care they always used to say that they have delivered and when I ask for order numbers it was found that one order is delivered to some other location. And for few orders they can’t dispatch the item so they will credit the amount/voucher. After multiple requests I got call from customer care that they are sending the voucher code to redeem again, but they sent the voucher in small denomination and only for 2 items. Because I have purchased for 400/- and 150/- I should have got the voucher in those denomination only. I got the voucher of 149/- and 99/- and still there are 2 more items pending. So overall I should have got refund voucher of 400/-(99+199+99+49) or 150 and 250 denominations. Regarding car vacuum cleaner when I requested Mr. Lalit Rathod he asked for my address to send the new product on 27th July2012 but that was just a bluff mail and I didn’t get any update from him. Deals and You and other vendors together they are making fraud and earning money from customers. They have tie up with the guys who delivers only faulty piece with cheaper cost. So I want to take action on Mr. Lalit Rathod and against Deals and You. Items they are selling in websites are very costly for example 1. Funky n Functional! Big Angry Bird Stainless Steel Keychain (Red) @ Rs 149 is available in market with 80/- 2. Funky n Functional! Angry Bird Crazy Ball@ Rs 99 is available in market with 50/- So I will suggest everyone to don’t buy anything from DealsAndYou website they are just making fraud to customers by selling cheap material and with higher cost. May be I will not get my 400/- back but I want to warn you guys to avoid doing transaction with these guys. Non refund of payment made against order no. 10279960 at timtara

I had booked Samsung Galaxy Note Mobile from online web site Timtara.com on 28th June 2012. The order no. received was 10279960 against payment done through my credit card.But due to some circumstance I had to cancel the order raised on Timtara on the next day of booking the order i.e. on 29th June 2012. As per their policy I can cancel the order with in 7 working days of booking the order and the paymeny would be refunded to me in my credit card account with 7-10 working days, but not it’s more than one & half month I have not received my payment back. So kindly request you to look into the matter and help me out in the same.

Mobile/Mobile brand replacement required

I have purachase a mobile(micromax q80) form infibeam .com on 01/08/2012 the handset having backup of only 3-4 hrs at the time of purchase their executive said if there any problem occurs you have to inform us within three days i informed them telephonicaly on 04/08/2012 at now they are replacing my set from 11/08/12 but till time they have not picked up neither confirming me time of the pickup i want to repalce the hand set in which i am facing problems as follows: Battery Backup Poor Camera Automatically Shut dowm Poor network Coverege Voice disturbation even i have asked them if the same complaints come with this brand so i am ready to pay higher for any other brand but they not agreed for the same. please help me to get out of this Yours Sincerely Anupam Pandey

i ordered a yonex gr-303 badminton racket (invoice no-PB 10837) from their site and received it on 2nd july..But when i opened the packing ,it was broken into two halves.(Maybe due to courier fault or the company may have sent faulty product). Now contacting them to refund/replace the product,their is no reply at all.I have sent many mails to them,But they do not reply at all.Also,contacting them on their number is a waste of time... i want them either to replace the product or refund my money..

THRO BSNL ONLINE PURCHASE I HAVE PURCHASED Penta T-Pad tablet PC. I HAVE PAID THE AMOUNT OF RS.3750 FOR THE TABLET PC WITH BSNL SIM CARD WITH AN OFFER IN THE MONTH OF MARCH 2012. THEY ASSURED TO DELIVER THE TABLET PC WITH IN 10 DAYS. BUT THEY HAVE DELIVERED IT ON JULY 6TH 2012, WITHOUT THE SAID SIM CARD. GETTING THE TABLET IS NO USE WITHOUT THE CONNECTIVITY. MORE OVER THE TABLET IS NOT WORTHY FOR THE SAID AMOUNT. EVEN AFTER LOT OF MAIL ( THEIR SAID CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER IS NON RESPONSIVE) TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE SAID SIM. NOW I AM FRUSTRATED. KINDLY SHOW ME A WAY FOR THIS TYPE OF CHEETING AND DELAYING. I TOOK A LOAN AND PAID THE AMOUNT, WHICH IS REALY NOW BECOME A BURDEN. PL HELP ME.

Online purchased item from shoppersstop.com havent recieved

I placed an online order#3462312 from the Shoppers Stop website on 7th July. As per the instruction given on the web-site, any order would take 7-9 days for delivery. After 9 days, I called to the customer care for my order and they said that, its already given to courier guy and it will be delivered with in 48 hours. After 48 hours, I called them again and they gave me the same reply. When I asked them for a concrete answer about my order, they said you can send your complaint through email. I sent an email on 18th July 2012 and haven't got any reply from their side. I am still waiting for my order. I am not sure if I am going to get my order. Thanks, Sharad Jain

eMudhra unable to give proper support w.r.t. Digital Signature

I have purchased a digital signature online from e-Mudhra.com w.r.t application Id 389579. After few days I received a courier with a USB token. There were no instructions provided on the installation/activation/further proceedings towards the use of the token. After contacting the emudhra representative they guided the process for downloading the signature. The signature when checked in the token was showing the name w/o surname.. The correspondent from emudhra guided to export the digital signature on to the desktop of the computer. After doing so, they guided to delete the signature from the token. After that it was guided to copy the exported signature to token. After following the process, when i checked the signature in the signed document started showing Issued by & Issued To as same name as Anant. Rather the issued to name should have been "Anant Yende" and issued By should have been "eMudhra". After communicating the same to the eMudhra, they are trying to put a blame on me saying that i did the wrong process. Additionally, on one of the telecalls they informed that a clear instruction set was circulated to my email, which i never received. They intend to say that in the instruction set it is mentioned that the signature once downloaded can not be allowed to download again. As the same document was not shared the whole process performed by eMudhra is doubtful and they are trying loot consumers by giving the useless devices. Additionally they are telling to buy the signature again. I would request the forum to get the matter sorted as it is causing lot of mental harassment.

grievance related air conditioner
