I have give order on 22 February 2012 and my Transaction ID is #10088658. As per product delivery written is 8-10 for one item and 10-15 days for two items. In this transaction i have given 3 item in order. But yet I have not received any item/order from timtara. I called many times to timtara customer care. Most of the time they are not pick the phone. Sometime when they picked the phone then they are providing the wrong commitment. I have written mail to them. But no sutisfactory answer given by them. From 9th March 2012 they are telling product is shipped and when I asked for AWB Number. Then they are telling product is given to courier and no AWB Number has come yet. Now, I am very frustrated with all these thing that happend with me. I already done payment. Also, When I told to their Customer Support Team If you donot deliver my order then I will go to Consumer Forum/Court for it. Then they told me, "Go for it". Please help me. Thanks Kumar Ashish

Deffective Products Deliver & Bad Customer Service

Star CJ has the lousiest customer service and delivery. I had ordered an INALSA Food Processor and a defective product was delivered to me in the first place. Further, I complained about the defective piece they stated the new product will be delivered to you. Another piece was sent to me which was again defective. Again I complained and the customer service people do not know how to speak to the customer and also does not give correct information. It is been a month now I have made the payment and unable to use the product. I don’t even know as to when this product will be delivered to be. It seems Star CJ is only interested in attracting customer for the 1st time and then lose them. I am not going to buy any product in future from Star CJ. I would also recommend other not to Buy from Star CJ rather buy from the showroom. I would request if you could help me in this regard.

failed recharge but no money refund

I was recharging my mobile (9903361477) by http://www.rechargeitnow.com/ on 16.12.2012. The webpage was not loaded at the last but the money was deducted from my card but no recharge occurred. Please provide proper justice.

Non Delivery of Items shopped Online from Indiatimes shopping

I have ordered a gift on 8th Feb 2012 (Order No#30000083184). This was supposed to get delivered on 13th Feb at Barrackpore,W.B. But did not got delivered even on 14th Feb. The reason they provided on site was incomplete delivery address but I did provided the complete delivery address to them when I ordered the gift. I even mailed them and provided the Delivery address but got no response back from them. Their customer care is disconnecting the phone or either not picking it up. I want my full money to be refunded . I made a great mistake by selecting Indiatimes shopping. These people should be punished and their license should be cancelled for stealing money from people in such a way.

Order Not Delivered Nov 15 ,Payment of Rs 7996/- Not Refunded 12 Weeks have passed ,Numerous Calls Made---Nexus of Fraudsters Cheats & Crooks

Dear Sir, I had placed an order for 4 Nos. Laundry Power hanger (Order No. 2011-11-15-019945) on Nov 15 2011 and payment made thru net banking. After 5 days Gati Courier brought one box containing one piece of hanger and a printout saying Qty. 4 Nos. and total payment of Rs. 7996/- @ Rs 1999/- per piece. I returned the box unopened to starcj as Qty supplied was one against the courier document said 4 Pcs and payment of Rs 7996/-.The box was received as it is by Star CJ gurgaon by (Mr. Bhajan) on Nov. 26 vide Gati Docket No. 110499348) I immediately called up 011 & 022 3355 5533 and informed about the error on their part and told them to refund the money. I was told it will be resolved within two days but nobody called and rest of story is as follows in brief:- 1. Made almost 25 calls of 15 Mins. each in Nov, December, Jan & Feb. 2012 with a gap of 4-6 days. --- to refund the money but complaints are only registered and forwarded which probably go to some dustbin. You never gat a call back. The operators are not highly trained and instructed not to get any senior or give their phone nos. nor do the other departments ever come on line. 2. Mailed complaint at response@starcj.com on Dec 12, Jan 19 and several reminders ---No Reply received. Wrote in Q & A section of my StarCj Account –No Reply ever received. 3. A full fledged Fraud/Nexus is operating between employees to ward off complaints and do not commit anything. Every time you call, explain from start, waste 15-20 Mins. They will only tell it will be resolved within 72 Hrs, 6-8 days etc. You again call same story is repeated and there is a new call center operator with no solution. There is no reference or reply on earlier complaints. 4. 11 Weeks have passed but no refund/reply not given (Till Feb. 8, 2012) as the operators are trained to keep customers at bay by giving false pretext of one or another like,its under process, its at advanced stage, concerned department is working etc. and lastly after so much deliberations I got a call on Jan 10 that my refund is in process and definitely your account will be credited by Jan 17 2012.When nothing got credited I called up again the same story is repeated that its under process. By jan end after getting angry with the operators through several calls I am told that we have to check the where house and than we will do something. Its endless lies these people keep on telling. 5. It is a well organized internet fraud operation headed by Paritosh Joshi and a tem of crooks. I am posting this on all consumer websites and handing all papers to local consumer court including star network head and their associate in Korea to shut down this fraud operating in India. 6. Through this message I and requesting all readers not to purchase anything from starcj, whatever allurement they give to you. Almost 2000 employees/Families of the company in which I work have decided not to even see this channel and word is spreading fast to all associated companies, vendors, suppliers and corporate heads. I made an order of motorola defy plus mobile on 16 th january on website www.timtara.com...the phone was to be delivered qithin 8 to ten days, but it was not delivered. Order no. 10171249 i have ordered a lot of products online... thd maximum delivery time always has been les than a week... i have tried calling timtara, but no one picked the phone ever . Email communications were replied, in which they demanded more time.. repeatedly they keep asking for week time.. in their last communication, they asked time till 8th feb But no answer of my complaints was done by the website....please take some action and help me get the product or refund

Complaint regarding to snapdeal fraud

Hi, Snap deal put the wrong information about the product after go through this I have been booked the product.In the week days I got a call from the snap deal department that there is a courier with my product and they have to collect many from my house.One of guy came into my house and take the money from my mother and did not give any product and when i call to the snap deal customer care they talked in the badly manner with me. Please take serious action on this kind of a thing.

Online shopping fraud by BagItToday group.

Hi, I am a regular online shopper and I work for an MNC. Never before had I faced any problem, until the time I placed and order with BagItToday. The order demanded full payment prior to delivery. I transferred the sum of Rs 549 for a Reebok folding bag and Mtv Sunglasses (Order Id. 1007226524). After the order I waited, but these products never came to my doorstep. On writing several emails to them, a customer care rep called and confirmed my address. Then I waited for another month, exchanging emails. Finally someone called saying , I had returned half the order. How and why will I return half the order when I desperately wanted to have them. After that I asked them to re send it but again after 15 days wait nothing. Finally I wanted refund to which they agreed. But even after giving them 14 working days to process my refund request, I have got nothing. They have even stopped replying to my e mails. Please help me out!! I am loosing faith on online shopping. This fraud must be stopped. I have emails of all the communications. Can upload them if needed. Thank you.
