a gas stove was delivered to my house of the above mentioned company by their salesperson and then they told us that they would give the invoice and warranty card at the time of instalment. after that their technician came after 5 days for instalment without any service recipt so that we could write our complaint to the company and also without any invoice or warranty card as they had told us.when we enquired the technician he told us there is nothing we could do to him by complaining and in place of accepting mistake and correcting it used some provovative languages that he was not responsible for the mistake and instead we should contact their sales person for that who was not replying to us.please take up this matter and if possible try to curb the company's ISO licence asap.

HOUSE ON FIRE DUE TO FIRE IN AIR CONDITIONER 1.5T HITACHI

On 13th may 2012 I had purchased and 14th may 2012 it installed by reliance digital retail limited. And on 19th may 2012 it takes fire at afternoon when house was closed and no one at home from last six hours and it happended because of air conditioner . Social workers from surrounding areas broke up the doors and make control on fire. Local fire brigade also reached on spot for help on the complaint of local peoples. I have lost rs 30000/- ac and rs 74100/- other loss. I complained to the customer care at the same time (3...00pm), but they visit on 20th 12.00pm and taken the ac for investigation and assure to give ac replacement also other loss after consulting Hitachi official. On next day Hitachi team visit my house but not give any decision and till now i have not got any solution. My house damaged badly and i and my family suffering and living at hotel. I want hitachi to pay for our loss

forbes water purifier is not working

Date- 08/06/2012 Respected Sir, I have been following up for my new Forbes Vijay Water Purifier 2L/Min Water Flow- Eureka Forbes Water Purifier Installation 18602661177 which I purchased on dated 21/3/2012 & invoice no 164974 from dealer & dealer details as under: New Electric Trading Company 64, Lohar Chawl (K M Sharma Marg), Mumbai-400002 Tel- 22010006, 22081579, 22067389. Email- newelectric@hathway.com, netcoaccts@rediffmail.com Dealer told us that for the installation you have to call to the customer care & company people will come & do the installation job, after launching the installation request a boy had come from the company & he just hanged the machine on the wall & connected to pipe connection to the tap & was unable to start the machine & get purified water through machine. He gave the excuse that there is no proper water pressure. I called plumber to check the water pressure & after checking he said that the water pressure is completely ok. After that I again launched a new complaint for the service. After 3 days again a person came & checked the machine & gave the same excuse. After that I again called to the customer care & told them that water pressure is ok so please send a senior technician to solve the problem. After that he gave a no of the service franchisee & the no is 9699611903, I called on this no & after launching the complaint 4 to 6 times, on 5th June, 2012 he sent a technician. He opened the machine & checked it properly & told us that water pressure is absolutely ok but coil is damaged so just replace the machine. I went to the dealer & told him that there is a fault in machine’s coil & technician told to replace the machine but the dealer is denying to replace the machine & wants to talk to the customer centre’s person, I just passed dealers contact no to franchisee person & he is not talking to the dealer. Sir after buying a new product I have not used it for a single day & neither dealer nor service centre is solving my problem & I am just calling & launching complaints to dealer & service centre person. I hereby kindly request you to please solve my problem at the earliest because rainy season has come & we are suffering for purified water. Hopeless and just for name sake Customer Service Center by Kent

I have bought a Kent RO system about 2 years back. I have renewed the service contract with them till October last year. I was promised 3 free services in the Contract, not even one service was carried out, thus I did not renew the contract. Now since the 18th of May 2012 the machine has stopped working and I have been complaining again and again to the service center to rectify the problem. They just keep keep giving complaint no. which are fictitious and are not even there on their system. The next day when I call to followup they say there is no complaint lodged with them please lodge it again and we shall send a person tomorrow. It is highly frustrating and I want to sue the company for such shoddy service and people. Please suggest me what I should do? I am ready to throw the RO system out of my window and click a photo and get it printed in the newspaper at my cost. I am ready to bear all the consequences.

Dear Sir, I have purchase a vcume cleaner of Euroclean ACE of Eureka Forbes ( Under Two Year warenty) From M/S Sneha EnterPrises _Shaktinagar Distt. - Sonbhadra(U.P.) on 22-01-2011.After one month of purchasing Machine not proper functioning I had Complaint Many time to Mr. Santosh Kumar(09415676147) Properiter Of M/S Sneha Enterprises but n response was given.At lost my totally stop functioning on 06-03-2012. After may complain a person came on 08-04-2012 Name Guljar check the& said that moter of machine was sort& he takethe machine to shop and promise he replace the new moter, deliver it next days but the till date they did return my machine.I contact many time by telephonic call & personaly but no satisfactory response was given by both Mr. Santosh Kumar& Mr. Guljar. I mentaly very harashed. So please do need ful action & solved my problem. Thanking you P. K. Srivastava

I have ordered one product(dry iron)on 16Apr2012, order ID: (3001082670)through shopping.indiatimes.com. then I have cancelled that order(Case Id. 199960) on 19th April. Initially they told me that it will take 5-6 working days and your money will be returned to in your account. Since then i am continuously following up with them but getting the same reply "please wait for 5-6 working days". request you to kindly take strict action against him and provide me the resolution. Non Supply of 1.5ton Hitachi make Split AC by BIG BAZAR

On 22/03/12 I visited local BIG BAZAR outlet situated at Gangulybagan,Orbits Mall, 82,Raja S.C.Mullik Road, Kolkata-700084 and booked one 1.5 ton Split Air conditioner, Brand-Hitachi,Model No. RAU5171SD - vide Receipt No.0003414 ,Home Delivery Request Slip No.512 & Bill No.T/3/47301 dated 22/03/2012.At the time of booking they have assured me and mentioned in the delivery slip also that the machine will be delivered within next 15 days but I am sorry to inform you that till date they have not supplied the machine even after my regular personal follow up.Local BIG BAZAR out let complain cell is not at all cooperative and they are unable to give exact position of supply. Meanwhile I have send two complaints dated 17/04/12 & Reminder dated 20/04/12 to their customer care service mail id “support@futurebazaar.com “but they are also not responding.M/S. HITACHI was also informed through their customer care service network on 20/04/12.Mr.Raj Banerjee, Customer care Executive of BIG BAZAR based at Kolkata was also informed by Email(raj.banerjee@futuregroup.in) and phone(no.9339717022) It is more than a month and being a senior citizen I am very much worried because I have already paid them full amount.The total value of the machine was Rs.40990.00.I need your help to stop these type of malpractices by a big organization like BIG BAZAR.
