Non credit of money by ICICI to credit card

On 10th Mar 20120 I booked train tickets from NGPAY using ICICI card with an amount of Rs 3131.37. Then I cancelled the transaction on 3rd June 2012. NGPAY refunded Rs 2896 to ICICI Card and ICICI Bank as provided a Successfull acknowledgement along with a reference no 75425312165150481400879 on 8th June 2012 for an amount of Rs. 2896.00 However, till now the money has not been credited to my account even after innumerable calls. I stopped using credit card. Whatever balance is on credit card is due to the amount which they have not credited. On top of this ICICI is imposing late fee. They have raised a dispute SR 231304274 on 15th July but no update. Ms Prativa and Promodini are 2 persons who were dealing with this. They are now simply escaping my calls

Dear Sir, On 14 October, 2007, I was issued a Barclay credit card (No.4339 5119 5387 3866)which was never used till date. According to the agent/person who insisted me to avail the facility, the card will be automatically invalid after one year if it not used. Surprisingly, I used to receive many calls (few from my records are 0124-6752222and 60004444 on May 5, 2008; 0124-6752222, 4398400, 011-60016001 on August 23, 2008)till September 9, 2008 (Phone 011-46505900 from Mr. Khurram) as a defaulter of Rs. of about 18,000/- and asked me to clear the amount. My questions are: who has used my card, when and where!!! Because I am still preserving the card carefully and safely (seeing the danger created by this card), even not yet detached it from the issued letter dated 14 October, 2008, nowhere it was swabbed. Another day one girl informed me through a phone call that I have drawn Rs. 10,000.00 using the so called credit card and along with the accrued interest the total amount comes about Rs. 18,000.00. One person again asked me over phone to settle the matter by paying about Rs. 3,000.00 only against Rs. 18,000.00 in their office situated somewhere near Satyam Cinema, Nehru Place, New Delhi.I denied to go there and strongly refused payment of any amount. Instead of my going to their office I asked him/them to come to my office (IARI, Pusa Institute)for settlement. After this talk, I have not received any more call for the last almost one year from Barclaycard company. But, the company has put me in a great trouble by listing my name in the CIBIL for which I am facing lots of problems related to loan application etc. I feel I am badly trapped by some fraud party.At present I am not getting any response from all the phone numbers cited above. Hence I am sending this complaint to your good office and waiting for your feedback for solving my burning problem. If requires, I am ready to furnish my card to the competent forum/platform so as to prove that it has never been used. I anticipate your kind and affirmative response urgently. Non Compliance of described facilities and actual for Privileged Membership

I was told 25% discounts on all purchases on the additional card towards holding SBI Credit card for long time over telephone by Mr. Neeraj, Sr. Executive, Cache Mercantile. But, while going through the details sent by them it is not complying with their words. It is purely for hotel and food section only but while describing, they told even I can avail 25% discount at Bigbazaar also. They called me on 04.07.2012 and told the voice recorded will be given for verification in future also but now they are denying to provide the same.

IVR Dining Plus Cheated Me

I am pritam saha, a hdfc bank platinum plus credit card holder. My credit card number is XXXX XXXX XXXX 9283. I have faced a fraudulent transaction and charged inr 5499.00 yesterday. A person called me up on 04:05 pm and told me that the call is from hdfc bank credit card department. As I am a preferred customer of hdfc bank credit card, I will receive some discount cards with other benefits like cash discounts on shopping, family trips, easy emis, insurance and others free of cost. For activation, I have to confirm my card details only. Then I said okay. After that, he told my card numbers, date of birth and validity of the card. By getting these details, I got the confirmation that this is from the hdfc end. Then he asked for the security code, which is written on the backside of the card. Then he sent me a one time password and asked for that. When the call gets disconnected, I received a message on my phone and the message was from hdfc credit card charging inr 5499.00 towards ivr dining plus. The call made from the number +911204835500. When I am trying to connect at this number, the telephone service provider says ‘this number does not exist’ then I searched ‘ivr dining plus’ on google and saw it is a fraud company who represents themselves this way. They cheated me like this. After seeing this, I called hdfc bank credit card customer care within 10 minutes and requested to cancel the transaction. The customer care executive helped me to log a complaint over the system that you have. Then one of my colleagues told me to block the card for future safety. Therefore, I have blocked my card. Now I want to cancel that transaction and refund back the amount. The customer care executive, who made the complaint, told me to fill cardholder dispute form up and drop it to any hdfc atm. Today I received another call from ivr dining plus. A woman called me up and she was trying to convince me when I told about the past incidents. She was telling that the amount is for one time and will not be charged further. I told her that I do not want to get any facilities from your end and the call gets disconnected. This call made from the number +911204809300. I tried the helpline 1800102991 again and again, but no one receives it. So, I am sending you this complaint and waiting for your feedback. Selling my Document to other banks

On 4 of July I had submitted my personal documents containing my Salary Slip, PAN card photocopy, Passport photocopy, my photographs to HDFC Bank personnel. HDFC bank had offered to provide a credit card in my name after submitting the documents. I was supposed to receive the credit card within 10 working days to my office address, but even after 20 days when there was no response, i called up HDFC bank for details. They said the request has been rejected and no reason was provided. Later on the next day, I get calls from Standard Chartered bank offering Credit card to me. Upon inquiry, the bank said that they have received my documents, which I never submitted to Standard Chartered Bank. In my view, the documents which i submitted to HDFC bank were later sold to Standard Chartered Bank and now my Personal information is floating the market everywhere. I need some strict action to be taken against these bank who lure to offer more and give nothing, instead "SELL" the trust which we have in them. Shailesh Shetty 9833749995

Unknowingly Blocking of my Credit Card

Hi, The story of my, using HDFC bank Platinum plus credit card was pathetic. On 19th April 2012,the credit card got delivered, after that i used it 3 to 4 times and on 25th April 2012,i again tried using the card, 1st time on 25th it workedn in the morning,when i used in teh evening i get to know it was blocked,I called customer care and they said I only called them and blocked the card on 24th.I was schocked to know that how he can say this , because i never called any customer care to block the card, The worst part was, they said i blocked the card on 24th but i used the card on 25th with sucessful transaction, the how this is possible, secondly how without any intimation through message or call they can block the card, thirdly how they get to know all the secret answers for blocking the card, forthly how can a person block a card in just 5 days. HDFC Bank is making fools of the customer,I have raised this concern with the bank and wrote a letter as well against them, I want proper evidences against this, Else i will circulate this issue to the Media. It's my Humble request to the "Consumer forum Department" to please look into this issue seriously and please take a corrective action agaist it.

Abuse by a credit card department employee

I had applied for credit card of Standard Chartered Bank.As the documents were not readable,the employee of that credit card department asked me for clear and readable proofs.As i was busy,i told him to give me some time but he sent me an abusing message that if you dont give me proofs by today,i will misuse your documents.

Complaint against HDFC Credit Card Dept.

Sir,I have a HDFC Credit card which has a credit limit of 30000.00. But due to some problems in family I used a the credit limit but acutally do not know the when the limit was finised. I also paying the minimum or more amt every month & have also paid more than 35000.00. But today also the bal showed is 35000.00. When asked they said its interest, late fee & other charges. Sir when I requested them for settlement & convert the settlement amt in 10 to 12 EMIs. I also told then that non on the EMI will be bounced. But the customer care authority told that they do not have they can do it. So I request you that pls look into the matter & show me a way how to do the settlement & repay the acutal amt.
